  • General Policy
    We are RESELLSERS and a small business.

    This means we keep in-stock most of the items we sell. But can run out. If you cannot deal with the occasional delay for your order, contact us,PRIOR to ordering to insure everything will be to your satisfaction.
    If you cannot afford a delay on your MUST HAVE EMERGENCY T-SHIRT, there a plenty other web-sites that may accomidate you better.

    If we run out of stock but can order this item, even if it is back-ordered we first try to fill the order. This may take several weeks. We sometimes will update you but sometimes we do not.
    We are a good business and for the most part we do a great job. We try very hard to ship you the merchandise if it is at all possible and 99.99% of the time we do just that but unfortunately delays DO happen and for some reason or another the order is not processed as quickly as you or we would like.
    We charge your credit card at the time the order is placed. This does NOT imply your order is on its way. It means we have charged your credit card and we are working to fill your order. We usually ship within a few days, sometimes the SAME day, that it is ordered.

    But rest assured, once we determine we cannot fulfill your order, we will just as quickly refund you your money.
    Sometimes it takes time for this credit to be credited to your account. Sometimes weeks after we credit it. This is beyond our control.
    We will work with you to get this resolved quickly but don't threaten us with the BBB or legal threats. You or we don't respond to this or "yelling" or berating us. If this is your problem resolution style do NOT shop here!!

  • What is your return policy?
    We are sorry, but we will NOT accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake.All sales are final. If you choose to get a refund for an item, all returned shipping charges are the responsibility of consumer.Shipping charges are not refundable. $ 2 USD restocking fee will apply to each item returned. Returns should be made within 10 days after purchase in unworn, undamaged and odor-free condition. If the order was filled as requested and not returned within 10 days, we can NOT accept ANY returns and exchanges. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-10 days after receiving your item(s). Please note: We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges without contacting us and obtaining an RMA# FIRST!!!.

  • Can I exchange my item for another one?
    Yes, you can. Please send it back to us to the return address on the envelope. The item shouldn't be washed or worn. The customer pays all shipping charges. Please note: We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges without contacting us and obtaining an RMA# FIRST!!!.

  • Returns and Exchanges
    If we agree to an exchange or return, and you have an RMA # Please read and heed the following very IMPORTANT INFORMATION: It is YOUR responsibility to insure merchandise is returned to us. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK TO US. We are not responsible for "lost in mail" items.

    Again, to protect your return, If we agree to an exchange or return, and you have an RMA # you must use some sort of delivery confirmation, or better yet signature confirmation so that you and we can help insure the package IS delivered and returned, if there is any question. Most mail carriers offer this service for less than a dollar.

    It would be highly recommended to insure the item as well in the event that it gets damage or is lost in the mail.

  • What are your shipping rates?
    We have flat shipping rates for both US and International orders, no matter how many items you buy. So, buy more and save more!

    We are doing all we can to protect our customers' credit cards.   • Do you make or print items?
    No, we don't. Our items are authentic and produced by licensed vendors. To keep our prices low, we buy our merchandise on closeout sales. We are always looking for the licensed stores or vendors. If you are one of them and have some closeout apparel in punk or rock style contact us and we'll gladly do some business.
  • What about copyright and licenses?
    We are selling different kinds of merchandise related to Punk and Rock music, Pop-culture, Pop-art and Band and Movie Memorabilia Items. We strongly recommend to the merchants to provide proof of their rights to sell the merchandise and clearly outline that they are to be held responsible if the information, credentials or assurances they provide with turn to be false, inconsistent, or invalid in any way. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any concerns or claims about Copyrights or Licensing of any of the items listed at the website. We will immediately remove the disputed items and suspend it until the parties come up with all documentary verification needed. If a certain vendor has numerous violations, the entire account might be cancelled.
